ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST

To request an account deletion, you must prove that you are the account owner.

HOW TO REQUEST AN ACCOUNT DELETION

  1. Sign in to the app with your account.
  2. Go to your Account Information.
  3. On the title screen, tap the robot key icon beside your name at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Tap “ACCOUNT INFORMATION”.
  5. Tap “DELETE ACCOUNT”.
  6. Enter the requested numbers displayed on-screen to confirm account deletion.
  7. You will be signed out. Logging in again will cancel the account deletion process.
    • If your account is level 50 or higher, it will be deleted within six weeks.
    • If your account is under level 50, it will be deleted immediately.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ACCOUNT DELETION

  • If your account is level 49 or lower, it cannot be canceled, as it is deleted immediately. We cannot recover your account. It is gone forever.
  • If your account is level 50 or higher, you can cancel the deletion by logging in within the deletion period. If the account has already been deleted, it cannot be recovered.

RETAINED DATA

The following data may be retained only in cases involving violations of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy:

  • Malicious data
  • Data stored due to user reports (e.g., chat messages)
  • IP addresses and related account information (if your account was suspended, banned, or terminated)

If you are not a malicious user, all your non-anonymized data will be permanently deleted.

If you have opted to watch a video ad, data shared with our advertising partners may be retained. To request deletion, please refer to Section 5.d of our Privacy Policy for detailed instructions.

Please note:

  • It is extremely difficult to verify account ownership through email.
  • We may need to ask account-related questions to verify your identity.
  • If you did not register an account with an email, it may not be possible to verify your ownership.
  • If your account was suspended, banned, or terminated due to violations, we may decline your request, as certain data may need to be retained for legal purposes.
